Utilizing decades of energy law expertise, we provide support to our clients throughout the project lifecycle, from project inception and regulatory approvals to financing and construction.
We have extensive experience breaking new ground with our clients, including support of projects and technology firsts that require flexibility, pragmatism, and creativity. Our clients include developers, technology licensors, engineering, and construction service providers. We have extensive experience with marketing and offtake transactions and claims management. Working with our Corporate and Tax practice, we assist clients with domestic and international project structuring, funding, tax, equity, and debt investment. One ongoing project is negotiating for receiving foreign investment in patented new technologies for both battery power life and increasing electricity from solar cells.
